The hotel was very clean and cute. the staff were so lovely from check-in to check-out. the breakfast was excellent. There was such a great selection of food from a buffet-style cooked breakfast to an omelet station. the rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed.

The location proved convenient.

The gym was disappointing. The treadmills were old, and one didn't function at all. Breakfast lacked quality. The bread tasted quite dry. Pillows caused back pain, which significantly affected my sleep quality.

the hotel had excellent facilities, including a varied breakfast buffet. the bus and metro stations were nearby. the superior room i stayed in felt spacious and clean, which i found very charming.

I noticed the absence of complimentary water in the room. I would expect water to be provided without extra charge.
